Walmart.com is looking for a Senior Business Manager to lead the online Health and Wellness business. In this role you will be responsible for developing Walmart.com’s Health and Wellness strategy and leading a cross-functional team in execution. You will be responsible for ensuring our Health & Wellness product satisfies our customer’s evolving needs and complements the Walmart stores offering. Additional responsibilities include: planning and forecasting business performance, strategic business planning to drive maximum impact, roadmap development, and partnering with marketing and operations on program execution and fulfillment. You will be managing a team and are expected to manage relationships with vendors, internal partners and lead a cross-functional team.
Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning 15%
• Develop Walmart.com’s Health and Wellness strategy
• Manage Health and Wellness P&L
• Oversee sales planning and forecasting, analyze daily reports, spot trends and provide customers with the products and services they’re looking for at the right time
• Responsible for developing sales & margin plans for Health & Wellness
• Tracking, forecasting and reporting progress to plan
• Managing expenses
2. Marketing 10%
• Work with our world-class marketing team to execute online and offline initiatives to increase awareness and drive qualified traffic
3. People Management 10%
• Manage a team and lead a larger cross-functional team
• Develop associates
4. Development planning 15%
• Work with Walmart.com and third-party teams to develop, implement and launch new Web site features and products
• Be the expert in Health and Wellness and provide strategic direction on future development to grow Walmart.com online market share
5. Home office & supplier relationships 40%
• Build relationships with key constituents at Walmart home office
• Manage external supplier relationships - including negotiations, operations, fulfillment, planning
• Provide visibility to the business to internal constituents, the virtual team and Walmart store associates to keep them informed and to gather support
6. Customer relationships 10%
• Oversee and continuously improve day-to-day operations: customer service levels, processes, fulfillment turnaround times, service levels and more

2) Experience:
• 5-7 years of related work experience
• Track record in successfully managing complex projects with multiple partners/customers and aggressive timelines
• Retail experience a plus
3) Minimum educational level:
• Minimum BA or equivalent
• MBA preferred
